Last year, my son took face-to-face English lessons at a different institution. Unfortunately, despite the substantial fees I paid, there wasn’t the slightest bit of progress. However, meeting you turned out to be a great stroke of luck for Ayaz. He is in a much better position now, and I believe that as time goes on, he will be speaking and understanding English at a much more advanced level. My daughter is taking English lessons online and we are very pleased with our teacher. Although it was a different experience for us at first that our teacher did not know any Turkish, it actually made my daughter try harder to speak English and express herself. Defne has always been a little more hesitant when it comes to English, so it’s still a bit early for me to say much about her progress. But she seems to be doing really well so far. Especially my younger daughter was not very interested in learning English at first. However, she gradually started learning English almost without realizing it. She had almost no knowledge of English when she first started, and seeing how much she has improved now makes us very happy.
They use two different books during their lessons. One of the books is for homework, while the other is used during their live lessons. The lessons are very comprehensive and include speaking, reading, question and answer activities, listening, and writing.
Teacher Moss is very disciplined and places great importance on teaching English correctly and according to the rules. He immediately corrects incorrectly pronounced or spoken words, helping the children learn the correct way. Since we speak different languages, we sometimes experience small communication difficulties, but his discipline and dedication to the children’s progress more than make up for this.
My daughters have now started speaking English at home. They listen to English songs and try to understand and translate the lyrics into Turkish. As a parent, seeing this change and progress makes us truly happy.
