Payment is due 24 hours before a lesson.
If we cancel, we will rearrange the lesson or there will be no charge.
If you cancel with reasonable notice (at least one week) there will be no charge or we will rearrange the lesson.
If there is an emergency which causes a cancellation, payment will be waived at our discretion. For example, a birthday party is not an emergency.
Tuition is a joint venture, where both the tutor and student have to fully engage for success.
Success can not be guaranteed if both do not engage.
