About
My name is Afsaneh, and I bring over 15 years of experience in teaching English. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from Azad university of Iran. In addition to English, I have extensive experience teaching Persian, which is my native language.
My teaching approach is centered on identifying and supporting students in the areas they find most challenging. I aim to keep them on track with their schoolwork and help them prepare effectively for exams by aligning with the curriculum and standards of their school’s exam board.
I offer online lessons via Google Meet, providing both personalized one-on-one tutoring and small group sessions. Group lessons can also be arranged at the request of parents.
For your peace of mind, I hold a current police clearance certificate, which is renewed annually.
We are incredibly grateful for the support and guidance you have provided in teaching our child Persian. As parents, it is important for us that our teenager stays connected to their cultural roots, and your classes have helped make that possible. The improvement in both vocabulary and confidence has been wonderful to see.
My daughter has made remarkable progress in Persian thanks to your teaching. What I appreciate most is how you make the lessons engaging and relevant for young learners. My child is now much more confident speaking Persian with family members, which means a lot to us. Thank you for your patience, dedication, and encouragement.
